Storage That Works for You

Living in a tiny space means storage is everything—it’s the key to comfort and functionality. That’s why we’ve designed every storage area to be as accessible and practical as possible. From kitchen drawers and overhead cabinets to under-bench cubbies, every inch is optimized.

One standout feature is the custom bed platform, equipped with actuators to provide flexible access to a large bulk storage area. Its frameless design ensures maximum usability. And for your outdoor adventures, the four large exterior storage bays are perfect for stowing all your glamping gear or outdoor toys.

Natural Wood That’s Built to Last

All the natural wood surfaces are finished with Rubio Monocoat, a non-toxic, waterproof, and cleanable penetrating hardening oil. What sets it apart is its ability to be spot-repaired without needing to sand or refinish entire areas. This makes it perfect for bus living—you can relax and truly enjoy your space without worrying about every mark or scratch.

Captains Console

The captain’s console blends functionality and style, seamlessly integrating with the rest of the build while maintaining easy access to critical vehicle systems. The custom dash design is fully modular—key sections can be removed by simply undoing a handful of bolts. This provides access to essential components like the inside engine cover, dashboard electrical systems, defrost blower motor, and windshield wiper actuators.

Driver controls are intentionally streamlined, featuring switches for map lights and auxiliary utility lights, USB outlets, and engine voltage monitoring. For enhanced visibility, two side cameras and a rear camera are wired to a 5-inch display, ensuring confident driving and parking in any situation.

A louvered heat outlet enhances cold-weather comfort by directing warm air toward the driver. When closed, it redirects heat to the windshield, improving defrosting performance. The driver’s window has also been upgraded to improve air sealing and thermal efficiency, making every drive as comfortable as it is stylish.

Dinette

Simple yet versatile, this dinette is designed to be the ultimate multipurpose space—a spot where you can work, eat, entertain, relax, or lounge while enjoying scenic views through the large adjacent windows.

Each bench is thoughtfully designed with hinged tops for storage access. One bench offers a fully open storage area, while the other houses utilities alongside additional storage space.

Dimmable accent lighting under the overhead storage creates a warm and inviting ambiance for evenings and late nights. Above the dinette, tall storage cabinets provide extra space for pantry overflow, dishware, or any items still seeking a home.

Built-in outlets, including 110v, USB, and USB-C, ensure all your devices stay charged and ready. To keep things cozy, the furnace ducts deliver warm air directly into the seating area, making it the perfect spot to gather on chilly days.

Kitchen and Control Center

Every inch of this kitchen was designed with intention, balancing functionality, storage, and ergonomic workflow. Despite its compact footprint, this space is packed with the capability to handle everything from quick snacks to full meals.

At the center is an 8-cubic-foot 12v fridge/freezer, providing efficient storage for plenty of food and drinks. Recognizing the challenge of dead space in corner kitchens, we’ve ensured that even the farthest corners of the upper and lower cabinets are accessible, so you can bring along every kitchen essential. A stack of drawers adds even more storage, perfect for spices, utensils, towels, or dishes.

Smart Controls at Your Fingertips

Above the fridge lies the brain of the build—a state-of-the-art control center. The Simarine tank monitoring system keeps you informed about fresh water, gray water, and propane levels, while the EcoFlow touchscreen puts control of your electrical system at your fingertips. With this sleek interface, you can monitor charge status, track power loads, and manage accessories with ease. Completing the setup, a simple thermostat allows precise control of the front-half climate system via the rooftop AC and propane furnace.

A Cleaner, Safer Approach to Cooking

While the build boasts an impressive 30-gallon propane capacity, the kitchen is free of propane cooking appliances. Why? Propane combustion in living spaces produces water vapor, which can lead to moisture damage if not properly managed. Additionally, burning fossil fuels indoors isn’t the healthiest option. Instead, the kitchen features a 2-burner induction cooktop and a 9-in-1 multifunction air fryer, versatile enough to handle all your cooking needs in a tiny home.

Multiple outlets along the countertop provide flexibility for other appliances, while a hood vent above the cooktop ensures effective ventilation for vapors and cooking odors. Under-cabinet lighting offers perfect task lighting for food prep or a soft ambient glow during the evening hours.

Bathroom

Step up from the front of the bus into the more private back half of the build, where thoughtful design and smart space utilization shine. A space-saving barn door leads to the bathroom, sliding smoothly without obstructing movement when open. Thanks to the tall roof raise, we were able to elevate the floor in this section, creating a utility platform where all mechanicals and utilities are housed within the insulated envelope of the bus.

A Spacious and Functional Bathroom

Despite the elevated floor, there’s plenty of headroom to enjoy a generously sized shower stall, perfect for even the tallest folks. A lit niche provides a convenient spot for shower accessories, while a MaxxAir fan above the shower ensures efficient vapor exhaust. For added comfort, set the fan to low and crack open a bedroom window to enjoy natural cool air ventilation at night, offering an energy-efficient alternative to running the AC.

The corner vanity includes under-sink storage, a medicine cabinet, mirror lights, and outlets to power or charge appliances like a blow dryer or electric toothbrush. Every detail is designed for practicality and comfort.

Toilet Solution: The Best of Both Worlds

We chose to install a cassette toilet, offering a practical middle ground between a composting toilet and a traditional black water system. This option combines the benefits of both, with active flushing, effective odor management, and easy, sanitary disposal. While the capacity is limited, its convenience and cleanliness make it a smart solution for tiny living.

A Warm and Comfortable Space

To ensure consistent comfort, the rear furnace features a ducted floor vent in the bathroom, eliminating cold pockets and maintaining a cozy transition between the bedroom and kitchen.

Bedroom

With a queen-sized mattress, ample storage, and convenient charging points, the bedroom is designed to be your ultimate sanctuary while out adventuring. Two strategically placed windows offer excellent cross ventilation, keeping cool, fresh air flowing through the night. And for those extra hot nights, the air conditioner positioned above the bed ensures you’ll stay comfortable no matter the weather.

Above the bed, an open shelf provides dimmable his-and-hers reading lights, space for books, and two USB outlets for easy phone charging. On either side, two closets offer dedicated his-and-hers hanging space and drawers, giving you plenty of room for clothes and accessories.

The bed lifts effortlessly to reveal a spacious utility and storage area underneath. This versatile space could serve as a secure storage zone, a cozy nook for a cat or dog, or even be retrofitted to accommodate a clothes-washing solution for life on the road.
